Our client operates in 70+ countries worldwide, servicing over 50’000 businesses, many of which are large MNCs. They are now looking for a B2B experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with the Marketing Director in delivering effective demand generation campaigns across the UK and Europe, contributing to their exciting expansion plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and execution of end-to-end demand generation campaigns
  • Lead on demand gen programs for EMEA alongside the Marketing Director in the UK&I and field marketing teams Europe – creating effective campaign templates that can be translated and used successfully in other localised countries.
  • Work closely with Digital teams in the European HQ to deliver and optimise lead scoring and campaign nurture tracks that convert opportunities.
  • Partner with product/solution marketing and content marketing to define and refine messaging and content for demand campaigns.
  • Work closely with our global internal agency and brand marketing to ensure campaign execution is on-brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops Manager to deliver, report, analyse, and optimise the success of campaigns.
  • Serve as the point person for the Sales teams to educate and inform them of all programs, providing detailed instructions for promotion, execution, and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years Marketing experience, prev. B2B experience is essential.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • CRM/Automation experience is essential.
  • experience using Salesforce and Pardot is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritisation, and presentation skills
