Are you looking to take on a new challenge? A world leading Retailer is looking for a creative, ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join their highly successful, fast-paced team in Manchester.

As a creative, the Marketing Executive will be tasked with planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across customer lifecycles, reporting to the Customer Life Cycle and Campaign Manager.

The Marketing Executive will be accountable for managing marketing campaigns, typically Sales and Product Management) across the Marketing Operations team and broader stakeholder community. The successful candidate will also localise marketing campaigns and materials by liaising closely with the Local Sales teams.

The Main Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive:

  • Tasked with supporting the planning and delivery of both tactical and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • The delivery of effective marketing campaigns and activity against commercials KPI’s (e.g. ACB/visits/conversions).
  • Brief requests for campaign materials into the SEA and Marketing Operations Teams
  • Ensuring campaign objectives are in place prior to instigating a campaign.
  • Optimising campaigns throughout delivery and demonstrating an increase in performance.
  • Ensuring campaign planning remains local by maintaining close relationships with the local sales teams.

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Previous experience in campaign management is essential (B2B preferable).
  • Experience of delivering tactical marketing campaigns, from idea generation to implementation.
  • Proven knowledge of supporting a marketing team across a range of disciplines.
  • Commercially judicious with an understanding of the marketing campaigning process.
  • Knowledge of the latest online and offline marketing channels and techniques
  • Experience of monitoring and analysing campaign performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, sales focused organisation.
  • Degree or equivalent in an appropriate business discipline.
