Marketing Executive - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - Up to £33,000

Our client is looking for a creative go-getter, who’ll be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, reporting back, and working on a range of marketing activity, like crafting copy, managing websites, organising events, and developing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies to help drive leads and build brand awareness.
  • Craft copy for channels, including website, property descriptions, blogs, award entries, social media, brochures, and email.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns.
  • Update websites, optimising for mobile and SEO.
  • Plan buzzing events, from consultations to mega street parties.
  • Work with the inhouse content creator to develop social media strategy and campaigns.
  • Work with graphic designer to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Work with the creative team on shoots (photography & videography).
  • Support with content creation.
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends.
  • Keep an eye on and feedback on the performance of marketing activity.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to help optimise marketing activity.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team and respond to briefs.
  • Maintain brand standards and help create brand assets and collateral.
  • Help dress show homes to ensure they appeal to our target audience.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing marketing strategies and developing campaigns.
  • Ability to write compelling copy in a distinct brand voice.
  • Experience in managing websites, ideally with knowledge of SEO.
  • Someone who is creative, with an eye for detail.
  • A proactive attitude – someone who will use initiative.
  • A team player who’s happy to get stuck in.
  • Strong organisation skills, adaptable and ability to manage priorities.
  • Able to use design tools like Photoshop and/or InDesign (or up for learning).
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Experience in using HubSpot is a bonus.
  • Experience in using GA4.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
