This company are in search of a marketing professional who will truly understand their brand, working with the entire business to steer the marketing department and achieve ambitious growth targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Professionalisation: Leading the marketing department within the FMCG retail brand sector to execute the marketing plan.
• Execution Excellence: Navigating and executing high-precision strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets in the FMCG retail brand landscape.Working to professionalise and organise the department, this role will require someone who has the gravitas to leads at a senior level but also still want to be hands-on, rolling their sleeves up to work with a small team.
• Inquisitive Leadership: Assuming a leadership role that challenges conventions, 
• Financial Stewardship: Demonstrating proficiency in securing substantial budgets for visionary initiatives within the FMCG retail brand sector—a 5-figure budget allocation awaits strategic direction.

Skills and Attributes: 

Brand Understanding: Understand and effectively articulate the brand ethos within the FMCG retail brand context. 

Immediate Readiness: Being prepared to initiate and propel high-impact strategies promptly in the FMCG retail brand industry.
