Our client is a leading fintech business who have faced unprecedented success since opening their doors. Due to currently going through a huge period of investment, this is a very exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to join the team at the pinnacle of their success. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for the performance of their acquisition strategy, accelerating growth and attracting new business.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Marketing Automation Specialist:

  • Identify data trends through data to improve growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Plan and execute a data marketing plan which works in line with the overall digital strategy.
  • Analyse, interpret and report on data.
  • Carry out campaign management and analysis such as customer interaction paths; event mobile app, registrations, and RSVPs, follow up communications, ensuring effective Sales Assignment, ROI and ROMI.
  • Creation, co-ordination, and analysis of market and prospect and customer insight.
  • Make informed decisions using data and trends to ensure the business is performing efficiently.
  • Use segmentation methods to deliver hyper-targeted campaigns.
  • Create and continually improve a lead scoring model.
  • Ensure prospects experiences are as frictionless as possible.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Marketo certified.
  • Experience working with raw data to make insightful decisions.
  • Email and nurture campaign set up.
  • Advanced skills using marketing automation tools and data segmentation/analysis.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Highly analytical with excellent organisation skills.
  • A good understanding of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Attribution tracking set up and software selection is also beneficial.
