Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role involves creating engaging, innovative, and creative content and campaigns, managing social media, and contributing to brand enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop digital channels and manage email campaigns.
• Generate marketing reports, identify trends, and implement content ideas.
• Collaborate with creative team, oversee social media, and monitor competitors.
• Analyse and optimise social media engagement, audience feedback, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Multi-channel social media management experience
• Proficiency in engagement metrics and reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Commercially minded and target-focused
• Proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of digital marketing trends
• Team collaboration and initiative

It would be nice to have content creation and video editing skills, but not essential.
