Marketing and Communications Manager - Manchester City Centre (potential for hybrid working) - £45,000 - Travel and Transport

My client are at a really exciting point in their journey and are looking to gain a Marketing Manager that will lead the strategy and the help with content creation, graphic design, internal comms and developing the brand. They are a secure business with an annual turnover of circa £30 million, with plans to double, if not treble the YoY revenue in the immediate future. Their main hub is 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station in the heart of Manchester city centre, with parking the office.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience who is looking to take that next step up into the Marketing Manager role. If you like collaborating with other departments, having your voice heard by hundreds of people and enjoying a high variety then this is the job for you!

There are over 600 employees in Manchester and you will be reporting directly into the MD. So a great opportunity to make your voice heard and have your say on how marketing is done! You are the marketing department!

Main responsibilities

• Content creation
• Internal communications to large departments
• Brand development
• PR activities
• Community engagement for staff members
• Create and implement marketing strategy with the aid of promotional collateral

Requirements

• 3 years experience
• Competent with canva/adobe to create marketing collateral
• Strong communication skills
• Strong written skill with the ability to convey messages and ideas without being overly salesy
• All rounder
