My client are the UKs largest independent music and entertainment promoters, and they are looking for a talented Marketing and Campaign Manager to join them! Due to the amount of concerts being postponed because of covid, they are busier than ever and have no plans of slowing down. From small gigs with artists starting out to Harry Styles stadium tours, they represent many artists globally. With over 2500 concerts a year, you will be busy!

The company has about 75 people in the organisation, with 18 in the marketing department, you will be joining a well-oiled machine.

You will report directly into the Head of Marketing & PR – so your voice will be heard!

Occasionally you will be asked to work hours outside of the 9-5, due to the nature of the industry, however you will benefit from great shows – who doesn’t love free live music?!

The role

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the exposure of the business. You will be the go to campaign manager – implementing and managing highly effective campaigns that create sales for new events and tours – over a multitude of platforms such as digital, radio, tv, print, press, out of home!

  • Creating and managing campaigns for the events
  • Coordinate marketing collateral including artwork, video ads, press releases and work to effectively get these out to promotors, press, agents and management
  • Work with external agencies to help create collateral
  • Budget management and monitoring
  • Negotiating contracts and media deals with stakeholders (promoters, contractors, etc)
  • Stakeholder management – staying in contact during tours, ensuring materials are distributed correctly
  • Implementing online marketing strategy – sponsored posts, online ads – PPC, video, audio and display
  • Set up pre-sale as required
  • Staying on the pulse with tours and events – being reactive to last minute changes when needed
  • Oversee the distribution of print campaigns, including flyering, door drops, poster runs, bespoke street marketing


  • 4 years experience within Marketing, preferably within music/entertainment/the arts/ or culture
  • Ability to time manage, prioritise and complete tasks to deadlines
  • All round generalist – digital, social media, print, out of home marketing, events
  • Commercial astute and budget management experience
  • Ideally a strong knowledge of the music and entertainment industry, ideally interested in urban music
  • A team player and keen to help others!
