I am representing a large housing association based in Liverpool City Centre in their search for a talented Marketing and Campaign Manager to join the Marketing and Communications Team. They are lovely organisation who care about their employees and focus on employee wellbeing. They offer flexible working in terms of hours and work from home!

The purpose of the role is to pro-actively plan, coordinate and deliver campaigns to enhance the organisations vision, values and communication strategy. You will also help guide junior members of the team and work collaboratively with a multitude of stakeholders across the business.

You will be the lead manager for all marketing and campaigns, social media, events and stakeholder engagement whilst managing the marketing budget.

Main duties

  • To pro-actively contribute to the ongoing review and development of the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy, taking a lead on the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for key issues and activity
  • To develop and deliver effective campaigns and marketing plans for key products and services
  • To develop and deliver social media content and activity to support agreed campaign plans and activity delivered throughout the Group.
  • To pro-actively seek out and share marketing and campaign best practice and trends to help shape effective programmes of work
  • To establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, providing pro-active advice, guidance and support in relation to marketing matters
  • To produce relevant management information regarding the impact of marketing activity and campaigns
  • To effectively represent the organisation, attending meetings, conferences and events as necessary

You will have experience within

  • A relevant degree – journalism, marketing, CIM qualification
  • Delivering hard and digital marketing content from concept to publication
  • Social media management – both through B2B and B2C
  • Copywriting
  • Experience mapping and managing stakeholders engagement campaigns
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to proof read and ensure all documentation is within brand guidelines.
