Our client is one of the worlds biggest agencies with 125 offices in 100 different countries, the 7000-employee company is looking to build on their brand-new team to combine previous departments together to gain efficiency throughout their company.

The key focus for their team is to measure their clients' marketing activity and then to produce solutions in which they can improve their current activity and share to other teams within the company. Our client prides themselves on how they get personal with their clients so it is important to have good personal skills so that the successful candidate will be able to build long-lasting relationships with their clients.

The successful candidate must be up to date with current trends and to be able to answer questions that have been arising throughout the industry as our client want to employ the best problem solvers for their company.

The Main Responsibilities for of the Marketing and Campaign Analyst:

  • Be the head of the development of dynamic creative and media for campaigns using DoubleClick campaign manager and rich media studio
  • Deliver custom tags and script solutions
  • Ensure that trafficking requests are delivered in a timely manner
  • Working with the account teams to ensure that everything that is required is understood and completed to a good standard
  • Find and implement the latest innovations and techniques in tracking and support the Head of Technology in the best usage of web operations
  • Monitor the junior members of the team, aiding with workload and training
  • Using a range of tracking solutions i.e. Google Analytics and Tag Manager to ensure the solutions given are accurate

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Ability to build strong relationships with teams and clients
  • Expertise in various web technologies i.e. HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
  • Any experience of tracking and tagging solutions will be beneficial, however, training will be provided
  • A drive to take ownership; pride in the work created as well as the result
  • Personable and approachable with the ability to monitor and support junior staff, including a graduate assistant
  • Pro-active in their own learning and a positive attitude
  • Excellent and efficient time management skills that can support and meet deadlines
