Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Web Analyst:

  • Support the marketing and product teams by providing them with data insights that can better commercial performance
  • Utilise data knowledge to provide ad hoc analysis using Google Analytics
  • Create dashboards to report on weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s
  • Carry out and report on A/B testing and report on findings to enhance website and apps
  • Combine qualitative data such as customer feedback with quantitative data to gain deeper insights

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in an ecommerce business
  • Degree in maths, economics, computer science or similar
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Proficient with dashboard software such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience using A/B testing tools like Optimizely, Qubit, VWO
  • SQL skills
  • Experience with web and app tracking metrics
