Marketing Account Manager - Cheshire (Hybrid Working) - £21,000 - £28,000 - Agency

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager who would be the main point of contact for their largest accounts! Each day will be varied you could be posting on the client’s social media and another day be suggesting campaign solutions. This role is a work from anywhere opportunity, but you would be required to visit the offices in Cheshire as and when needed!

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of client’s growth accounts, providing strategies and directions to aid success.
  • Regular meetings with clients to ensure marketing strategy is implemented efficiently and goals are met.
  • Be the go-to person for all client enquires and accounts.
  • Report on regular basis on client accounts and performances.
  • Respond to all client issues and ensure expectations are met.
  • Represent the client’s needs and interests to wider marketing team.
  • Work closely with wider teams to ensure projects are running smoothly, qualities are met and no issues arise.
  • Run strategy meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis, reporting on KPI’s with the digital fulfilment team on a monthly basis.

Key Skills and Requirements: 

  • Over 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role with knowledge of all marketing platforms- digital and traditional
  • Motivated and goal oriented individual, who can work on their own initiative as well as in a team environment.
  • Great time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects at once in a strict timeframe.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Great people person, able to build strong relationships with the team and key clients.
  • Great communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Previous experience in a B2B agency is desirable.
  • Experience of working with HubSpot or holding HubSpot certificates would be a plus.
