Since opening their doors, this agency has experienced unprecedented success in Magento orientated campaigns and they aren’t stopping yet! They are now on the hunt for a talented, ambitious Magento Lead to take charge of a variety of their projects and platforms.

The perfect candidate should have strong experience in an advanced Magento orientated role and have an excellent eye for clean, semantic code. Strong interpersonal skills are also required as the Magento Lead will regularly liaise with clients and work closely with in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Magento Lead:

  • Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications and other websites.
  • Analyse, design, debug and test code.
  • Produce regular reports based on developments in client’s online revenue.
  • Must be an excellent communicator within the team and when liaising with production partners.
  • Articulate and confident in explaining ideas to the team.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Building and installing Magento modules
  • Able to work confidently on Version Control (GIT).

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • A relevant degree is essential.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Articulate and confident in explaining ideas.
  • Analytical and efficient approach.
  • Good understanding of Magento 1 and 2
  • In-depth experience working with centos/nginx/varnish/php-fpm.
