Magento 2 Developer | Ecommerce | Fully Remote | Up to £45K

Here at The Candidate we’re supporting a stable and established international ecommerce business with over 1,000 employees who are recruiting for a Magento 2 Developer on a UK-based fully remote basis.  You’ll be will be given the opportunity to put your stamp on multiple award-winning ecommerce websites with a total annual revenue of circa £100 million.

Your day-to-day will consist of supporting the creation, development and maintenance of both their flagship and the wider groups ecommerce stores. As the company acquires and grows new brands you will also be part of a team setting up new store fronts for specific markets and migrating existing store fronts to the Magento 2 Platform.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Building and configuring Magento 2 ecommerce websites
• Coding of Magento templates
• Driving best customer experience
• Developing Magento modules using best practices
• Designing themes and interfaces
• Analysing, designing, coding, debugging, testing, documenting and deploying applications

They’ll need you to have:

• 3 years’ commercial Magento 2 experience
• Experience developing ecommerce solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS & MySQL
