Lead CRM Segmentation and Modelling Analyst – Manchester – Ecom/Tech - £50,000

Be part of a new data team within a very well-established business who are renowned for their tech-savvy nature and culture of innovation. They employ and nurture some of the strongest data and tech talent in the region.

As they continue their quest for market domination, they are now looking to add new talent to the team in the form of a highly analytical and ambitious S. Working in the analytics team, the Lead CRM Segmentation and Modelling Analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insight to the marketing department, helping shape their future campaigns and strategies. The business is looking for someone with a solid understanding of CRM systems combined with fantastic SQL skills. This is wonderful opportunity where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic fashion environment.

The Main Responsibilities of the Lead CRM Segmentation and Modelling Analyst:

  • Create data selections which can be used for future CRM marketing campaigns with the aim of building customer loyalty and increasing ROI.
  • Segment the customer databases in order to create specific customer subsets based on spending habits, user behaviour and purchasing history.
  • Make sure that all campaigns are delivered within the agreed timeframe and within budget.
  • Analyse all previous campaigns and offer assistance with new campaign planning.
  • Highlight all risk or new opportunities which may become available.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the CRM programme through measuring strategies to drive conversion and sales.

 

The Perfect Candidate:

  • Experience working in a similar Lead CRM Segmentation and Modelling Analyst role
  • Previous experience manipulating large data sets by using SQL to draw insights
  • Proven track-record for maintaining and segmenting databases
  • Capable of drawing conclusions from insights and presenting these finding the senior members of the team
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills combined with an expert knowledge of analytical tools
  • Ambitious individual with SQL and Excel skills
  • Sound understanding of CRM systems as well as experience working in a marketing department
