Junior Project Manager - Cheshire - Up to £30,000

An opportunity has arose for a talented Junior Project Manager to join their team based in Cheshire. The Junior Project Manager will work alongside a senior to deliver web projects efficiently and of course be trained up along the way. You will understand briefs and objectives set out by the client and manage your time and workload effectively. This role includes working collaboratively with internal teams and the client on their requirements in order to ensure a smooth transition across the project lifecycle. You’ll also get stuck into existing smaller projects with clients to see them through to completion.

Role responsibilities of the Junior Project Manager:

  • Build client relationships whilst assisting in project delivery
  • Assist in the planning of projects by liaising with the sales and senior project managers
  • Keep within client budgets and deliver exceptional levels of quality on time
  • Work collaboratively with other team members by championing success
  • Manage all project administration and tracking
  • Maintain client relations throughout
  • Writing up reports on cost breakdowns and reflections for further improvement
  • Write up handovers after the project is finished so the finished product can keep running

Role requirements

  • A relevant qualification or past experience in a website project management role
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Magento etc
  • Experience with project management software such as Trello
  • A passion for problem solving and a keen eye for detail
  • Fantastic organisational, people and time management skills
  • A real passion for learning and developing as a technical project manager
