Reporting to the PPC Manager and Director, the new Junior Paid Media Manager will run a variety of PPC accounts to a budget and be in charge of monitoring account development. They will use platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, GDN and a range of others, so experience using these is a must! The successful candidate will also be instrumental in shaping strategy by making recommendations and identifying issues.

Main Responsibilities of the Junior Paid Media Manager:

  • Overseeing large budgets across a multitude of channels, such as SEO, CRO and Display.
  • Drafting and editing ad copy.
  • Populating regular performance and competitive landscape resorts.
  • Generating and growing keywords lists.
  • Generating and performing testing proposals to drive performance.
  • Complying with information security measures.
  • Working effectively with clients and account teams to ensure briefs are met.
  • Maintaining campaign negatives.
  • Maintenance and development of Paid Media accounts and adhoc requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills to successfully liaise with others.
  • Bid management tool experience (DoubleClick would be preferable).
  • Analytical and organised mind-set.
  • A passion for paid search and a drive to succeed in this industry.
  • Delivery and results-focused individual.
  • Amazing attention-to-detail.
  • Great MS Office capabilities.
  • Agency experience.
  • Able to work comfortably with advanced Excel functions (e.g. Pivot tables, charting etc.)
