The are currently seeking a tenacious and enthusiastic International Sales Manager - Haircare who's passionate about travel and global business. This role involves building relationships with distributors and wholesalers to expand the brand internationally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Travel internationally to visit distributor accounts.
  • Develop and nurture distributor and wholesaler relationships.
  • Focus on bringing in new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Oversee key accounts and international distributors in various countries.
  • Manage account allocation, targets, pricing, and international travel.
  • Organise events, seek new business opportunities, and support lead conversions.
  • Contribute to product launches, events, social media, and business development.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the hair or beauty industry is essential.
  • International Distributor Experience
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with international distributors and wholesalers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
