International Marketing Manager - Manchester- Up to £50,000

Our client (a global HR group) are looking for an individual to support in the delivery of their international marketing strategy. The business are a forward thinking, well-established group operating in 70+ countries worldwide, servicing over 50,000 businesses, many of which are household name brands.

You will join a growing Marketing team based out of Manchester, reporting directly into the European Content Manager and working closely with the dedicated teams in each European region to support in the delivery of localised campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities of the International Marketing Manager:

  • Owning the International marketing strategy and comms plan for mid-market and Enterprise, targeting global accounts to achieve commercial goals
  • Creating and executing International versions of our pan-Europe campaigns in collaboration with central and local field marketing teams
  • Project management and support for our pan-European marketing campaigns – including external agency and internal field marketing stakeholder management
  • Owning the digital marketing strategy for our International audience, and ensuring we have always-on activity across paid search, display, and retargeting
  • Establishing ideal customer profiles/personas, targeting criteria, and messaging frameworks for our International audience
  • Working with field marketing and central data teams to accurately segment our CRM database for International customers and prospects
  • Leading the planning and execute of global events that get us in front of our target audience – including face to face events, roadshows, webinars, and virtual round tables
  • Engaging directly with our International clients to create case studies / testimonials, and to encourage them to join our expert speaker circuit
  • Creating compelling content for our social media channels

Roles and Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years Marketing experience, prev. B2B experience is essential
  • Experience delivering campaigns across international territories highly desirable
  • Social/Content/SEO experience highly desirable
  • experience using Salesforce or Pardot is highly desirable
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritisation, and presentation skills
