Our client is a fast-paced retailer who are based in Manchester and they are rapidly gaining market share in their sector providing stylish and affordable fashion solutions to their customers with an industry leading and unique model. Every day is different in their offices and they are looking for someone who will inject the business with energy, passion, knowledge, and determination to really make this new role their own.

Influencer Outreach Manager will take a strategic approach to building out new relationships and spotting opportunities within the sector. Having their finger on the pulse of new trends, emerging areas of interest to the target audience, celebrity icons and rising influencers in the fashion world will be essential to the success of this role.

This person will take a proactive, sales driven approach to building out relationships and leading pitches to management and agencies.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Influencer Outreach Manager: 

  • A true representative and advocate for the business.
  • Manage and develop influencer partnerships within the sector.
  • Take full ownership of existing partners.
  • Develop innovative ideas to develop the channel.
  • Analyse and report on campaign activity and troubleshoot any issues detected.
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and build brand presence.
  • Build strong internal relationships with key teams.
  • Support the team across all ongoing projects, including developing direct junior reports.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in the world of fast fashion / beauty / accessories will be hugely beneficial for this role.
  • An experienced negotiator
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • This person needs to have a passion for the industry, keeping up to date with the latest trends, developments, and creative styles to present to the marketing team.
  • Having international experience in this area will be highly advantageous
  • Experience of engaging with and launching licensed ranges will also be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Experienced in a target driven environment
  • Strong team player
  • Practiced in a customer-centric role
  • Sales focused and goal orientated
  • Positive and enthusiastic with an organised approach to work
