Influencer Marketing Manager – Fashion Retailer – Manchester City Centre - £30,000

This eCommerce business is a rapidly growing fashion retailer based in Manchester city centre, on their doorstep are the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants, and bars. They have gained a phenomenal market share in their sector providing stylish and affordable fashion to their customers. Every day is different in their offices which are usually filled with buyers, fashion consultants and models, not your average workplace! They are entering into a substantial growth phase, building out the team as a result, launching new brands and scaling the business to launch internationally in 2021.

Our client is looking for a strategic, passionate, organised and ambitious Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee its global influencer marketing strategy. This position requires a candidate with a strong influencer marketing background with experience in planning, managing and activating integrated, multi-market campaigns within the UK and the US market. They seek an experience Influencer Marketing Manager who can identify influencer content that can be repurposed for paid social as well as organic social to build up an ambassador portfolio.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for leading the global influencer marketing roadmap to drive brand awareness and brand love, advocacy and engagement.

Leading across identification, activation, content creation, execution, measurement and retention, the successful Influencer Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end management of campaigns and be responsible for delivering high impact reach through content-led activations, managing project timelines, budgets and reporting.

Key responsibilities of the Influencer Marketing Manager

  • Responsible for driving the recruitment of Influencers and Brand Ambassadors
  • Define best-in-class, on-brand content
  • Responsible for the growth and acceleration of the channel
  • Maximise opportunities with partners
  • Work with the wider Marketing team to develop successful campaigns 

Skills and Attributes

  • 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced consumer brand
  • Management experience, someone who can manage 3 influencer outreach assistants/execs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Data-driven, strategic and creative mind-set
  • Experience driving influencer engagement
  • Excited by cultural trends and current affairs, able to spot opportunities and create ‘moments’ that suit and promote the brand
  • An expert in digital marketing tools inc. Google Analytics & Social tracking tools
