Influencer Manager

Influencer Manager - North Manchester - Up to £40,000

Our client is one of the most widely-recognised fashion retailers of recent years. If you are experienced in Influencer Marketing – we would like to hear from you.

Working on their flagship brand, you will join a highly-respected digital team where your insight into the Influencer community will be used to execute creative influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness.

Your day-to-day looks like:

• As part of the Influencer team and with the support of the Influencer Lead, you will implement the influencer strategy for the UKs flagship brand to increase social engagement, channel growth and traffic to the website
• Support in the line-management of the influencer team
• Taking shopping trends into account, develop a community of influencers that align with multiple consumer profiles
• Oversee large scale influencer projects, review and share findings in-line with key metrics to wider team
• Ensure briefs and campaigns coincide with launches and important calendar dates
• Analyse and report on overall channel performance

Your background may look like:

• Proven experience in another Influencer (or related) role, preferably with another Fashion retailer – min 2 years
• An extensive understanding of the influencer landscape is essential
• Previous line-management experience is needed for this role
• Data-driven approach with the ability to manipulate data to guide decision making and best practice
• Ability to respond quickly and proactively to an ever-changing world of influencer marketing
• Strong project management skills, accustomed to managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• A real passion for Influencer Marketing and Fashion
