Our client has carved themselves an impeccable reputation over recent years, using innovation in their proposition and product range to establish themselves as an industry-leading eCommerce brand. Based in an idyllic location in Cheshire, you will be joining a collaborative and friendly team at a very exciting point in their growth journey.

Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will be an integral part of the brand's next growth phase which comes in the form of social media, influencers, and PR. Due to huge future ambitions, the Influencer Manager will be an extremely revenue-driven individual who is keen to set up and grow their own influencer network across the UK and Europe with social media and PR experience being highly advantageous.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Influencer Manager:

  • To spark growth of all international social channels.
  • Innovate and revolutionise social paid and organic channels to strengthen the brand and drive growth revenue – top and bottom funnel campaigns.
  • Be an integral part in the launch of their influencer department.
  • Acquire and retain customers through social media across the UK and Europe – Instagram, IGTV, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Tiktok.
  • Utilise strong commercial awareness to amplify the brand and allow consumers to be inspired and make a personal connection with the brand.
  • Deliver real-time, short term and long-term objectives by analysing performance and reacting efficiently.
  • Deliver authentic engagement, manage ROI and A:R, and improve CPA’s as a core metric.
  • Confident pitching for more budget and additional tools to carve your success in managing the influencer side of the marketing strategy.
  • Create reports which are articulated in a way which is easily understood.
  • Recruit a team underneath you to support with the surge in influencer marketing within the business.
  • Work closely with the social media team to maximise the execution of creative projects.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working for an ecommerce brand.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, ecommerce and trading.
  • Excellent understanding of brand management.
  • Love to challenge yourself and thrive off hitting targets.
  • Strategic mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is constantly looking to broaden their knowledge.
  • Excellent at building professional relationships.
  • Impressive track record of managing social media and influencer activity.
