They pride themselves on delivering the latest fashion at an affordable price so in order to keep ahead of the competition, they are now looking to hire an experienced Social Media Manager to enhance their social media accounts, driving engagement and conversion for the brand.

The Head of Social will become an integral part of the business’ marketing team; hence, the individual will need to demonstrate a creative mindset which can be utilised to implement bold, on-trend ideas that stand out from the crowd. They are in search of someone who lives and breaths social and has their finger on the pulse of the most up to date social platforms including TikTok and Instagram. Someone who has experience in a social first business and can keep up with an exciting, yet high pace.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Social:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns in line with the brands personality.
  • Manage the social media presence for the brand.
  • Ensure all social media communications are connected across all channels.
  • Ensure content is relevant globally.
  • Able to create cutting-edge video, written and graphic content.
  • Be an advocate for new ideas and initiatives to engage with stakeholders across the organisation comprehensively and consistently.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and social media features and constantly review them.
  • Nurture the brand image by applying relevant reactionary and preventative strategies
  • Report back to senior members and key stakeholders on social media performance and feedback.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Social first
  • Experience in the fashion industry
  • A genuine love of social and up to date knowledge and user especially Tik Tok and Instagram
  • Must have experience working with millennial audience
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • An excellent team manager
  • Lives and breaths the most up to date fashion
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager in a retail or fashion business.
  • Entrepreneurial qualities and able to work in a dynamic organisation.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and outgoing individual.
  • Able to create quality and on-trend social media content.
