Key roles and responsibilities for the Head of Sales and Marketing:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across a wide range of services
  • Evaluate and develop existing sales and motivate the marketing teams to improve productivity through the correct training
  • Prepare sales forecasts and confirm performance goals due to the forecasts
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Be able to manage in-house sales
  • Keep up-to-date with the success of the marketing and sales team to ensure profit is generated
  • Create analytical reports on the marketing and sales activity for management
  • Deliver and implement strategies for service positioning and pricing strategy to ensure the highest long-term market share is produced
  • Manage a strong relationship with both PR and digital agency
  • Confident is providing a strong CRM
  • Establish strong relationships with the industry influencers

The key skills and attributes for the Head of Sales and Marketing:

  • Experience in both sales and marketing is essential
  • A strong understanding of booking systems and CRM
  • An in-depth knowledge of PPC, social media, SEO and website development
  • Good communication skills to ensure strong relationships are kept
  • Confident in managing in-house and service teams
  • A good knowledge of outreach, press and influencers
