Our client are on the hunt for a Head of Performance Marketing who will enter the business and make a great strategic impact from the get-go! Ideally coming from an Ecommerce background, the fitting candidate will have plenty of experience across Paid Search, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates.  Alongside this, they will be a great relationship builder and will use their affinity to build lasting relationships to help them excel in stakeholder management.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of Head of Performance Marketing:

  • Deliver Performance marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Budget management of performance marketing channels and owning P&L.
  • Monitor all Performance Marketing activity.
  • Confirm all marketing follows brand tone of voice and values to ensure seamlessness across all channels.
  • Use paid search to generate business and drive sales.
  • Act as the go to person for any Performance Marketing queries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to maximise the impact of budget spent across performance channels across global territories.
  • Lead the performance marketing team to align the strategy with core business objectives around growth. Leading regular communications around performance to ensure team engagement.
  • Ensure the business is at the forefront of the market when it comes to best practices and has the have their finger on the pulse when it comes to market trends and updates.
  • Build a team that thrives off push the boundaries, testing new thinks and seeking out opportunities to be creative.
  • Ownership of all reporting and performance analysis provide insight and feedback to stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the performance marketing team ensuring clear pdp are in place and your team is engaged.

Key Skills and Attributes of Head of Performance Marketing:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • An analytical mindset, capable of taking actionable insights from large quantities of data.
  • An understanding of all things Digital Marketing.
  • A background in Ecommerce.
  • Great collaborative skills.
  • Customer-centric and highly strategic.
  • Able to prioritise own workload.
