An award-winning financial service business based in Manchester is on the hunt for a highly experienced Head of Partnerships to help them drive the business to further success!

Having secured themselves as one of the leading financial business’ in the UK and as they continue on their quest for market domination, they are now looking for a talented Head of Partnerships who can bring with them a wealth of knowledge and connections within the industry. As they are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth, this would be an amazing opportunity to join a business where the successful candidate can lead, shape and develop the department!

Reporting to the owner of the company, the Head of Partnerships will take full responsibility for the management and development of a solid portfolio of lead generation partners. Our client is searching for an individual who’s a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills combined with the ability to build exceptional relationships. The Head of Partnerships will ensure that the significant partnership's budget is adhered to at all times.  A hands-on person with the ability to optimise sales and partnerships will thrive within a fantastic role. From the initial call to meeting to negotiation and then commercial upsell across the wider business, no two days will ever be the same! Whilst this is a stand-alone role, there will be the opportunity to grow the department in the near future.

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Head of Partnerships:

  • A minimum of 10 years of Partnerships experience is essential
  • A strong background within the financial services industry would be ideal
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing in order to fully understand how new business can impact commercially
  • Excellent communication, organisational and budget management skills
  • A self-motivated individual who’s an excellent problem solver and can demonstrate fantastic negotiation skills!
  • Previous experience with stakeholder management is vital
  • Gravitas and a natural flair combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Happy to conduct the full 360 of the partnership processes!
