Become the head of email marketing at one of the UK's largest and most exciting loyalty companies. Using your email knowledge, creativity and experience, you will have independence to test and create strategies to maximise response and engagement. New ideas, fresh thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit will all ensure you progress well in the role. Taking engagement to the next level, to your level, will impress. Being inquisitive, having drive and an ambition for continuous development will push this team to greater success.

A part of the engagement team, you will collectively help the company retain and incentive customers further to further interact with its services. Having a knowledge of eCommerce, retail, finance and utilities to name a few sectors will be important along with how customers are drawn to engage with those sites will be crucial to the role.

They are looking for analytical thinkers who can use data, insights and marketing expertise to better engage with the businesses’ customer base and the following:

  • Someone with experience in a company and role that focuses their business on email marketing
  • Knowledge of GDPR requirements and practices
  • Inquisitive nature and the drive and ambition for continuous improvement
  • Hands on and flexible - possess a “can do” attitude
  • You’ll also have good analytical skills, combined with skills in project management

You will be required to be creative with the following standard aspects of the role:

  • Management of the email marketing system including all email and push communications
  • Testing email campaigns, campaign schedules and delivery
  • Maximise opportunity, drive retention and loyalty
  • Analyse the effectiveness of email campaigns utilising data and insight
  • Increase customer engagement

Salary is competitive, with 25 days holiday, and bank holidays and ability to add more holidays after time with the company.
