Our client is an internationally recognised eCommerce brand who are looking for an experienced Head of CRM to manage and deliver a global CRM strategy with a team of talented specialists from their Manchester office.

The Role of Head of eCommerce CRM 

  • Strategise and deliver targeted CRM both nationally and internationally
  • Implement new cutting-edge CRM technologies
  • Improve overall customer engagement throughout customer lifecycle
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and feel comfortable challenging opinion at senior level
  • Work closely with data, tech, and intelligence teams to understand the customer
  • Improve on key CRM KPIs inline with overall business objectives
  • Build a best in class CRM operation
  • Take full ownership of new customer acquisition and reducing customer churn
  • Highly detailed reporting on all activity

The person

  • Proven experience in a senior international CRM role within an ecommerce environment
  • A strong leader – able to manage, develop and inspire a team
  • A CRM champion – able to be the voice of the channel within a global business
