They are looking for a Head of eCommerce and Digital to join their team to lead and deliver a digital and ecommerce strategy.

The Role:

• Working closely with the Founders you will take responsibility for the overall results and P&L's for marketing and ecommerce.
• You will have full ownership of operational KPIs – Revenue, Profit, Customer Acquisition, Retention, lifetime value and international growth
• Management of a significant budget
• Manage and develop a growing digital and ecommerce team
• Integrate all digital and ecommerce channels to ensure a best in class multi-channel experience for customers.
• Work closely with the Community Manager to develop, grow and nurture their online community both in the UK and internationally
• Work closely with the ecommerce team to drive conversion trading performance
• Produce regular reports for key stakeholders and constantly seek to improve business performance
• Digital and Ecommerce ownership including but not limited to-  Ambassador, Community, PPC, Google Shopping, Social, Content, CRM, Conversion, Merchandising and trading calendar
• Ensure the business is at the forefront of new innovations which enable business growth

The Person:

• Commercially astute with proven experience in a fast paced B2C ecommerce environment
• A true multi-channel expert
• A doer who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
• Significant experience launching and developing ecommerce products
• Ambitious and eager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a long term vision that will boost business growth
• A people person with experience getting the best out of a multi-disciplined team
• Demonstrative experience in achieving and exceeding targets
