Head of Display and Paid Social

Our client is a growing and successful retail ecommerce brand who are expanding their digital team with an experienced Head of Display and Paid Social.

With + £50m sales this year, this is a business to watch.  Their continued self-investment has been a key part of their growth success with over £1m invested their cutting edge operating system recently.

This is a key hire for our client who are looking to further expand in the UK and internationally.

The successful candidate will have proven success in a commercial Display and Social role working with Ecommerce brands (be that agency or client side), they will be both technical and creative.  They will scale and grow their channel offering, and this role will play a key part in establishing best practices.

The Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Display and Paid Social

• Lead the DSP, DMP and Ad serving platform,
• Take full ownership of P&L and grow the channel and overall function
• Own the strategy and delivery or paid social and programmatic display proposition at enterprise level
• Grown brand awareness across key channels and publishers
• Manage key stakeholders and 3rd party agencies
• Champion Display and Paid Social across the business
• Work with key channel heads to define overall marketing strategy

Skills and Attributes

• Creative and data driven
• Able to challenge the norm
• Proven experience in a senior paid social and display role
• Doubleclick experience
• Experienced in working across complex multi-channel campaigns
• Team management experience
