Lead international strategy at a top fashion brand as their new Head of CRM!

A fashion giant, based in Manchester City Centre, is looking for a Head of CRM to implement an effective CRM tool to focus on business growth in their domestic and international markets. They will be responsible for the creation of the CRM strategy and increasing engagement through the Customer Life Cycle. They will deliver targeted campaigns through identification and understand the customer segmentation and that they require. They will a massive part of transforming the customer relationship and bringing this fashion brand into its next massive stage of growth!

Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of CRM:

  • Deliver the business global CRM plan ensuring it is delivering the best experience, using most up to date software and programmes that will create customer engagement and therefore loyalty
  • Through teams deliver highly tailored CRM and report on value
  • Work closely with Business Intelligence team to understand customer segments and create plans on best practice individual segments
  • Take control of the loyalty and rewards programme measuring success through enrollment numbers, benefits, promotions, and report of performance
  • Embed CRM in the overall business communicating its value to all teams in delivering overall business targets
  • Analyse and report on business performance
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of the latest industry advances to keep the CRM up to date and ahead of competitors

Skills and Attributes of the Head of CRM:

  • Must be educated to degree level or have a considerable amount of experience in CRM and leading CRM teams internationally
  • Experience of working with stakeholders and as well as mentoring and developing high performing teams
  • Experience of migrating CRM data into Salesforce systems
  • Working knowledge of 3rd party app with Salesforce
  • Enthusiastic, likeable and able to bring people with them, engaging team and stakeholders
