Are you a dynamic and experienced CRM professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity with a leading company. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our clients team as a Head of CRM, spearheading their efforts to keep members engaged and drive loyalty through strategic CRM activities.

About the Role: 

The Head of CRM, will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various teams, including partnerships, data, and design, to develop and execute effective and engaging campaigns. They will oversee the planning and implementation of consumer-focused CRM activities across their core products. Additionally, they will lead B2B focused CRM initiatives in conjunction with their business development and partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of CRM:

  • Input into business strategy
  • Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of consumer-focused CRM activity for our member schemes.
  • Develop high-quality CRM campaigns that are personalised, engaging, and on-brand.
  • Analyse data to optimise campaign performance and identify key seasonal trends.
  • Manage a team of CRM executives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluate campaign activity and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all campaigns have clear objectives, budgets, and appropriate measurement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure CRM creative is impactful and on-brand.
  • Utilise CRM platforms to enhance email activity.
  • Monitor email deliverability and troubleshoot any potential issues promptly.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking for a hands-on self-starter with a passion for CRM and a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, data-driven, and adept at communicating complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Experience with CRM platforms is essential, along with strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail.
