Over the years, our client has forged themselves a phenomenal reputation within the travel industry as the business continues to grow to new heights, they are now looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Head of CRM to oversee the business’ CRM strategy and CRM platforms which oversees their entire telesales programme. The company is looking for a customer-data extraordinaire who has a proven track record of leading a department responsible for all SMS and email campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make their mark on a truly fantastic company!

The Main Responsibilities of the Head of CRM:

  • Take full control of the planning, development and execution of the company’s CRM strategy, optimising all customer acquisition, retention and reactivation activities.
  • Manage and develop the CRM system, adapting to the business’ needs.
  • Manage and motivate the team which are responsible for CRM and telesales, ensuring that all KPIs are achieved.
  • With regards to the CRM programme, offer advice to the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders.
  • Be the go-to project leader in regards to onboarding and integration of data sources.
  • Constantly aim to automate and optimise the efficiency of all CRM activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and changes.

The Perfect Candidate:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience, with a particular focus on data management
  • Previous experience developing solutions to customer problems
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Salesforce.com would be advantageous
  • Capable of managing and mentoring a team, ensuring that the quality of work produced is of the highest standard
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, list management and GDPR.
  • Proven project management experience, working with new accounts and brands.
