Head of Creative Services will ensure that all assets meet client expectations – aiming to both attract new accounts and delight existing customers. They will manage a team to produce an innovative and cohesive content plan to support sales and CRM departments. The ultimate aim is to create content that helps grow the business, whether its through running webinars, creating market research reports, or designing digital assets.

Role and Responsibilities of the Head of Creative Services:

  • Manage a talented digital marketing team, including content creation, market research and media design
  • Ensure excellent service delivery on all projects, including reporting performance
  • Making sure all digital content is cohesive with overall marketing strategy
  • Use reporting and testing to refine campaigns – provide key insights using analytics and data
  • Constantly research new techniques and approaches for content marketing in order to keep at the forefront of the industry
  • Ownership of every content campaign across all platforms and channels
  • Take a leadership position – develop your team, lead by example in creating great content, and forge strong working relationships

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in leading and developing a team (ideally in a creative, marketing or commercial setting)
  • Able to ensure excellent client service throughout the entire project
  • Analytically minded – able to deep dive into data to create performance insights
  • Great project management skills – always meeting tight deadlines
  • Tech-savvy – able to understand digital content solutions
  • Pro at content creation – able to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work
  • Commercially adept individual
  • Great communication skills with clients and colleagues alike
