Head of Creative - £50k - Warrington - Hybrid Working
If you are an experienced Head of Creative, with an agency background, looking for your next challenge, then we have a brand new role for you within a top social media agency.
Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in the UK, with a 20 strong team. With a focus on Google & Meta paid campaigns, particularly Lead Generation, they are a leading healthcare specialist in the UK & Ireland, expanding into the USA market. As they venture into new sectors, the company seeks to expand its team and skill sets in alignment with its ambitious growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities of Head of Creative:
- Design and deliver visually captivating content for website, social media, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand integrity and recognition.
- Lead the in-house creative team to conceptualise and execute multi-platform, multi-channel campaigns aligned with global business objectives.
- Collaborate with external Creative Agencies, overseeing project briefs to asset delivery and ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Develop brand guidelines, templates, and packaging to ensure consistency and alignment with business needs.
- Optimise creative content in collaboration with brand and digital marketing teams to uphold the creative vision while achieving desired results.
- Coach and develop junior creatives while establishing strong internal processes and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrable portfolio of high-quality visual design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign; familiarity with After Effects / Premiere is advantageous.
- Strong writing skills suitable for social communications and online content.
- Experience managing creative design teams, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Extensive experience in graphic design and content development, preferably in a premium brand or creative agency setting.
- Ability to deliver creative ideas convincingly to stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional expertise in brand building and elevation, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across creative and marketing teams.
- Strong organisational, teamwork, and multitasking skills, along with excellent presentation abilities.
- Expert knowledge of print, digital, social, and video content, as well as current best practices and technologies.
- Proven track record in leading photo and video production, with experience coaching and developing team members.
