Head of Client Marketing - Manchester (Hybrid - in the office 2/3 days per week) - £90,000 package - Retail

Over the years, our client has forged themselves a phenomenal reputation within their industry, and as the business continues to grow to new heights, they are now looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Head of Client Marketing to oversee the business’ client relationship strategy and grow their client base internationally! With a fantastic benefits package worth around £15,000, this is a unique opportunity which is not to be missed!

The company is looking for a candidate who is not only strong in relationship building, but also in business development. The Head of Client Marketing will have a proven track record of leading a Client Services department, as well as being a natural multi-tasker. With experience across digital marketing and CRM, they will also have a creative flair. This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make their mark on a truly fantastic company!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Mange client relationships and communications, holding meetings to discuss performance / strategy regularly
  • Create client marketing strategies that achieve business goals and targets for clients
  • Oversee all marketing output from internal teams to ensure maximum efficiency and performance
  • Define quality operational processes that ensure timeliness and ROI for clients
  • Work on building the company’s B2B marketing proposition on a global scale
  • Outline new business opportunities, forecasting costs and outcomes
  • Take charge of client pitches and internal meetings for the Marketing team
  • Forge strong working relationships with clients to strengthen existing opportunities and convert new ones

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in a Client Services leadership position
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal (able to present confidently)
  • Motivated and enthusiastic – entrepreneurial spirit
  • Great multi-tasker who is highly organised
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships, including cross and upselling
  • Experience developing and managing a team
  • Holistic understanding of the marketing mix and how this can impact client goals / strategies
  • Commercially astute
  • Passionate about the digital marketing industry
