Based in Manchester, our client is at the forefront of all things fashion, over the years they have accumulated a large customer base by offering them the latest fashion at affordable prices. As they continue their quest for market domination, they are now on the hunt for an experienced and innovative Head of Brand to help set the business apart from their competitor. The Head of Brand will play an integral part in the company’s future success!

Working with the Senior Management team, the Head of Brand will be fully accountable for planning, devising and overseeing the business’ marketing strategy with a particular focus on creative, social media and outreach – no two days will ever be the same! The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that the brand’s tone of voice clearly reflects their values and the image they wish to portray. Our client is looking for someone who’s not afraid to go above and beyond and break down walls to ensure that the company is at the front of everyone’s minds!

The Main Responsibilities of the Head of Brand:

  • Device and implement cutting-edge and successful brand campaigns whilst also executing a ground-breaking marketing strategy and the international strategy
  • Work closely with other departments, including Design, Buying and Social Media in order to ensure brand consistency is carried out across the board by devising strong brand guidelines
  • Recruit, train and develop the brand marketing team in order to ensure that the highest quality of work is produced within the agreed timeframes
  • Constantly seek to build and maintain strong relationships with brand ambassadors and key influencers and be aware of potential new business opportunities
  • In regards to campaign shoots, identify creative off-site locations whilst also providing the senior management team with insight into the direction of the brand

The Key Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience in a Brand Marketing role, ideally within a fashion or retail environment
  • Proven track record of delivering successful brand strategies and campaigns
  • An ambitious, creative and strong strategist who is comfortable managing multiple projects
  • A strong network within the marketing and fashion industry
  • Expert knowledge of all brand marketing techniques, tools and platforms
  • A natural born leader who’s capable of running a department!
