Our client are a well known retailer who have been established for over 50 years! They offer quality products to customers across the country, and are looking for a talent Head of Brand to join their team and take their marketing to the next level! If you're a seasoned marketing professional who is passionate about both brand development and acquisition marketing and ready to lead a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply. 

As the Head of Brand, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for leading a talented team that encompasses creative shoots, brand development, brand marketing, and acquisitions. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our brand's identity and driving customer acquisition through various channels including SEO, affiliates, and paid social.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the brand team, creative shoots team, brand development team, and brand marketing team.
  • Oversee the acquisitions team, including SEO, affiliates, and paid social.
  • Collaborate closely with our performance marketing lead to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Utilise your expertise in brand management to strengthen our brand's presence in the market.
  • Drive customer acquisition through strategic acquisition channels.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
  • Strong background in brand management and acquisition marketing.
  • Familiarity with SEO, affiliates, and paid social channels.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
