Our client is a multi-award-winning professional services empire with a strong reputation throughout the UK. They are a highly respected industry leader and with their quest for market domination, they are now looking for a resilient and motivational Head of Brand, Creative and Production to join their team of experts in their Manchester City Centre office.

The Head of Brand, Creative and Production will be responsible for successfully devising and executing brand marketing strategies, aiming to ensure all budgets and agreed timeframes are met. The triumphant candidate will also be expected to self-manage fast-paced projects and have a good understanding of econometrics and media optimisation. This is a fantastic role where the successful candidate will play an integral role in the company’s future success, therefore, our client is looking for an individual who can bring fresh ideas to the business and lead and develop a strong team.

The Main Responsibilities of the Head of Brand, Creative and Production:

  • Develop innovative campaigns focussing on TV, events, sponsorship and other media channels to ensure all touchpoints are covered in the most cost-effective manner 
  • Plan, create and execute the brand marketing strategy and implement all brand marketing activities across the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party agencies in order to oversee all productions from start to finish and drive brand awareness
  • Manage and develop the design and copywriting creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all paid media channels
  • Work closely with other departments, including the insight and analytics teams, to fully understanding the impact of brand marketing
  • Become the ‘go-to’ person for all brand, creative and production related queries
  • Develop and implement the brand guidelines and values and ensure complete compliance
  • Build brand awareness and test above-the-line media strategy to assess the impact they are having on the consumer

The Key Skills and Attributes of the Head of Brand, Creative and Production:

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing or a similar subject
  • A minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience within a managerial role is essential
  • At least 5 years’ brand marketing experience including production and media
  • Expert knowledge of creative production such as copywriting, digital, TV, press and Out of Home
  • Strong understanding of media planning across Press, TV, Digital and Sponsorship
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and successful brand campaigns
  • Capable of managing and mentoring a team
