Head of Audience Development - Fully remote – UK Remote Working (London 1 day a month) - Up to £55k - Publishing

Our client are a fast growing publishing company working with top brands – and they’re undergoing a digital transformation! This is your chance to join their team and lead their audience development strategy to take them to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track recording in driving growth and developing innovative campaigns and initiatives. Able to work across multiple sectors and targets a wide range of audiences, the Head of Audience Development will aim to meet KPI’s through increased traffic, taking a digital-first approach at all times.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Produce a holistic strategy that considers marketing, product, and commercial targets
• Take a data-driven approach to highlighting opportunities for growth – using forecasting and data analysis
• Increase traffic and drive growth across digital platforms
• Employ a test-and-learn methodology when it comes to recording and reporting data, and the subsequent optimisation of campaigns
• Manage marketing budgets and timelines

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing and managing a team
• Proven track record in driving growth online
• Creative and innovative flair
• Excellent communication and management skills – with both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytically minded – able to glean actionable insights form datasets
• Confident in shaping strategy to meet long-term goals
• Driven – proactive and passionate
