Are you an experienced analyst who wants to grow their career? A new job opportunity has just arisen to become the Head of Analytics for a leading company in Manchester!

Our client is experiencing a rapid period of growth and therefore in need a Head of Analytics to take control of the business and drive the team in the right direction. The Head of Analytics will be responsible for building their own team and supporting all analytical activities. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to input new ideas and grow on their team leadership skills whilst building strong relationships with all members of the business and stakeholders. This position offers a highly competitive salary, with potential bonuses and work schemes.

Key Skills and Requirements of the Head of Analytics:

  • Provide strong leadership to the team and assist with data analytics ensuring they are aligned with the objectives of the business and targets are met
  • Lead a team of analytics and insights
  • Provide vital decision-making data based on analytics and insights to achieve business objectives
  • Liaising with senior management and stakeholders on analytical insights
  • Drive user engagement using analytical data and make key recommendations to improve targets
  • Responsible for all multi-channel reports and ensuring all insights are provided in the most presentable way
  • Communicate with other teams and departments to identify new trends and changes

Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Head of Analytics:

  • Proven experience working with analytics and insights
  • Must be able to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment within a strict time frame
  • Experience with analytics and optimisation tools and programs (Python, Redshift, Google Analytics)
  • Proficient in Excel, BI, SQL and Qlik
  • Good knowledge of performance metrics and indicators tools
  • Must be a driven individual, motivated by the success of the business
  • Very analytical and statistical mind
  • Great communication skills, able to present reported data to stakeholders
  • Excellent team leader must be able to lead and motivate a team
