Our client is a high-flying, forward-thinking leisure company with offices across the globe. The business prides themselves on putting their loyal customers and employees at the heart of everything they do and are constantly aiming to drive their services forward. As they continue to grow and dominate the market, they are now looking to hire a talented and highly skilled Group Affiliates Manager to join them on their adventure.

The Group Affiliates Manager will be responsible for setting out and defining the affiliate strategy for the organisation in order to increase traffic and revenue. You will work across domestic and international markets; therefore, a strong knowledge of affiliate best practice is essential. The ideal candidate will also be a good leader and excellent communicator with the ability to drive success and innovation within the department.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Group Affiliates Manager:

  • Define and coordinate the full-scale affiliates marketing strategy in order to generate traffic and achieve KPI’s.
  • Manage affiliate relationships and develop direct relationships with key affiliates to ensure all communications are optimised effectively.
  • Work with agencies to analyse available data and an enhanced view of attribution in order to optimise future activity.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to send relevant offers that match the businesses requirements.
  • Works with IT to lead and manage technical API integrations (both NDC and TTS) as required with agencies and partners.
  • Take charge of the affiliate marketing budget for the full group making amendments to improve effectiveness.
  • Keeping up-to-date with affiliate best and the latest trends.
  • Produce a detailed analysis of results and roadmaps.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly experienced in affiliate marketing and proven success in previous roles.
  • Expert understanding of the affiliate landscape worldwide.
  • API/Technical knowledge within affiliate marketing.
  • Proficient with relevant analytical tools.
  • A natural born leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience working in an international ecommerce organisation is highly advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Attained a professional marketing qualification.
