Our client is a world-renowned health and wellbeing brand that prides itself on empowering its customers and helping them achieve their fitness goals. With locations all over the globe, this company is growing rapidly, and needs a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Marketing Manager to join their newly formed marketing team in driving the business forward and setting a new industry standard.

Based in their Manchester City Centre office, and with options for flexible working, the Global Marketing Manager will take charge of the marketing department and work with international teams across multiple countries in ensuring a cohesive and effective marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be confident working across the full marketing mix including social, PR, website development etc., and have excellent communication skills to ensure efficient campaign delivery and teamworking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, executing, and monitoring global marketing processes with teams across all key countries
  • Ensuring a cohesive brand tone across all countries but allowing for regional differences to optimise marketing effectiveness
  • Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness, as well as suggesting ideas to grow and strengthen the business across all channels
  • Work closely with the PR team in regards to influencer outreach and external communications
  • Confidently liaising with multiple stakeholders in a timely and effective manner to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns, including in-house creatives
  • Managing the regional marketing calendar to identify any key opportunities
  • Developing a full understanding of the brands marketing needs, both regionally and globally
  • Analysing performance data to refine marketing initiatives and strive for continuous improvement

Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience as a marketing manager, ideally working in a global business
  • Someone who thrives on a challenge and pushing for improvement
  • Entrepreneurial and enthusiastic attitude
  • Superb communication and team-working skills
  • An expert understanding of marketing principles and techniques
