This role is key to ensuring the development of the company, playing a critical role in supporting revenue growth by driving brand awareness and engaging clients through fantastic communication and inspiration. The Engagement Manager will ensure that product goals across the business are met, working with multiple stakeholders in order to reach key clients. Role and Responsibilities of the Engagement Manager:

  • Business development – forecasting and delivering on KPI’s across the business
  • Be a Product Champion – promote the product both internally and externally, ensuring clients are aware of relevant opportunities though engaging collateral
  • Guide – report and guide your team using data, presentations and pitches to report on performance and development
  • Keep up to date with market trends and environmental analysis
  • Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and clients
  • Inspiring team management – create a best-practice workflow

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Sales experience across the TV/ AV landscape
  • A proven record of providing excellent levels of client satisfaction
  • Robust understanding of technology and media, and is highly mindful of the latest industry trends
  • Experienced in team leadership and management with the ability to set team objectives and monitor performance
  • A strong work ethic with a positive attitude in order to inspire colleagues and encourage high-standards of professionalism across the team
  • Extremely organised and well-managed individual with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in Pipeline management and dedicated to attaining company, team and individual goals
  • Fantastic written and verbal, as well as numeracy and analytical skills
  • Persuasive and approachable with the ability to network and form strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

Wholesale Marketing Manager (FMCG) – 35-45k – Manchester City Centre – Ecommerce

Our client is a rapidly growing, emerging brand who’re opening a brand-new Manchester hub as part of their exciting expansion plans. Their award-winning products are promoted by some of the biggest sports figures in their fields and have recently announced a partnership with a global powerhouse of the sports industry! The Market in which they operate within (FMCG/Health/Wellness) has seen significant growth over the past year and is projected to soar in the coming 1/2 years. As a result, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for an individual to take the reigns of their Retail and Trade marketing during what is an incredible time for the business and what will be very exciting year and beyond.

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the brands UK wholesale channel
  • Collaborate with the Brand marketing team to execute brand campaigns via wholesale channels or in-store activations, inc. influencers, PR, social & events, partnerships and more.
  • Represent the Brand team at wholesale marketing meetings and lead on key wholesale accounts, working closely with those that are launching / activating new products
  • Act as the voice for the Retail and Trading team, updating the wider team on scheduled brand campaigns, offers, partnerships and more
  • Line management of a Marketing Executive in the future



  • 3+ years exp. in a Retail/Trade Marketing role
  • from FMCG/Fashion (or similar) brand highly desirable
  • Excellent communicator, ability to work at pace to deadlines
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects
  • A team-player, someone who understands the nature of the business and is comfortable getting involved in multiple tasks where no day will be the same.
