With nearly 10 years’ experience in the field, our client is beginning to branch out and expand their business, making this a fantastic time to join their retail empire! They are searching for a talented, diligent individual to help their Sales team with product understanding and build their knowledge so they are equipped to inform clients and create a solid customer base and that drives brand loyalty.

This role has wide coverage, with meetings and clients in UK, Northern Ireland and International, so if you want to build up your airmiles, this could be the role for you.

They are looking for a top professional to come in with the following priorities in mind:

  • Designing Online Courses for Stylists
  • Freelance Educator Project
  • Overseeing Pro-Education Content
  • Designing Courses for Distributor Clients
  • Reviewing and Developing Current Courses

Throughout all these projects, effective communication, and collaboration with various teams (marketing, sales, education) will be key to success. Don't forget to track progress and adjust plans as needed based on feedback and results!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Regional training venues: Work with the field executives and educators to visit key salons.
  2. Sales Team Management: Managing and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell high-quality beauty products.
  3. Distributor Education: Developing distributor education initiatives across the UK to ensure a consistent and thorough understanding of the products. Designing courses and training the teams.
  4. Training Plan Execution: Strategizing and executing a training plan aligned with the promotional and sales calendar to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
  5. Direct Education Strategies: Taking charge of direct education strategies for various initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall business goals.
  6. Campaign Activation: Collaborating closely with the team to activate campaigns and promotions, ensuring that the sales team is well-prepared to capitalize on these opportunities.
  7. Incentive Planning: Planning and creating sales incentives that drive learning and development within the team.
  8. Collaboration with SLT: Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align strategies, achieve targets, and contribute to overall company goals.

Required Skills:

  1. Industry Experience: Someone who has experience working as an educator for a big brand
  2. Commercial Acumen: Understands how brand education interacts with sales and marketing and how to drive expansion through education.
  3. Effective Communication: Being an effective communicator with a confident yet approachable personality is crucial for this role. You'll be dealing with a diverse group, so the ability to communicate across different mediums and knowledge levels is important.
  4. Passion for Haircare and Beauty: A genuine passion for haircare is not just a preference but a key requirement. This passion will likely fuel your motivation and enthusiasm for educating others about the products.
