Our client is a sleeping giant of the eCommerce world, tracking at around 250 million pound turnover and with ambition to double this in the next few years they are investing heavily in the ecommerce and digital marketing teams. As a business they are going through a positive transition with flexible working arrangements and plans to open a Manchester office in 2021. Providing the option for their employees to work from either of their offices.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of eCommerce Trading Manager:

  • Collaborating with Buying and Merchandising team to develop a strategic plan for trading to deliver on KPIs.
  • Effectively communicate with B and M to ensure promotional activity is targeted correctly.
  • Liaise with external agencies.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales forecasting.
  • Regular testing of the website.

Key Skills and Attributes of eCommerce Trading Manager:

  • Previous experience in a trade environment.
  • B2C ecommerce experience is imperative for success.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A target driven individual who works well under high pressure.
  • Exposure to multi-language campaigns and second language are highly desirable.
  • Proven success managing Ecommerce sites.
