Ecommerce Trading Executive x2 - Manchester (Hybrid) - £28-£36k DOE - Travel

We're looking for an individual who is well versed in Ecommerce, highly analytical and ready for a challenge to contribute towards the trading strategy to drive profitable growth across the business. The group recently expanded internationally too so you'll have the opportunity to work across the US and further afield - they're a market leader in the travel industry!

Roles and responsibilities of the Ecommerce Trading Executive

  • Support the Trading Manager in the delivery of the e-commerce business plan targets
  • Dealing with day-to-day operations of managing pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns, while monitoring sales by analysing data for discounted items.
  • Monitor product inventory and advice territories, and marketing, of availability issues that could affect performance.
  • Analyse sales performance to determine the best and worst performing suppliers and apply corrective action to maximise profitability.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of promotional activity, making any recommendations for change and feeding this back to the Trading Manager.
  • Monitor key site metrics including Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, AOV, Session Value etc. and make recommendations to improve, where necessary.
  • Create and manage trading calendars and execute website updates to ensure we maximise profit per booking, whilst maintaining conversion rate.
  • Working collaboratively with the digital marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brands websites as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels.
