Roles and Responsibilities of an eCommerce Product Owner:

  • Confident in identifying potential development changes
  • Be on the look for new R & D opportunities
  • Control and implement product changes
  • Support and manage all projects
  • Monitor systems throughout the development process to certify quality

Skills and Attributes of an eCommerce Product Owner:

  • Previous experience in working in marketing and technical teams
  • Have a strong understanding of the customer journey and UX
  • Must have previous experience with personalisation
  • Comfortable in managing projects
  • Aware of commercial and technical changes and trends
  • In-Depth knowledge of online practices
  • Be passionate and resilient with all tasks
  • Excellent time management is crucial when working on multiple projects at one time.
