With no sign of this success stopping yet, they are now looking for a talented Product Manager to take the reins and develop innovative e-commerce strategies to innovate the customer experience. Based in trendy offices in a convenient location in Manchester, you will become part of a fun and vibrant team.

The role requires a highly motivated candidate with exceptional e-commerce skills to drive the business into further expansion and growth. The triumphant candidate will also need to thrive in a fast-paced working environment in order to succeed in this energetic and exciting role.

Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Product Owner:

  • Creating a top-quality customer experience across the company website and native app in order to stay competitive against competitors.
  • Shape and define the customer journey across the website and app, prioritising development initiatives to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Use a data-driven approach to set out a roadmap which intrigues the customer and meets the commercial objectives of the business.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and optimisation specialists to plan and execute an excellent shopping experience for consumers.
  • Deliver product features and enhancements in line with stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Able to articulate ideas effectively and confidently communicate them to an executive board.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Able to maintain a roadmap of product features including; browse, search, product selection, purchase and personalisation.
  • Work closely with various business functions to comply with business needs and transform them into a clear set of objectives to be achieved.
  • Competent with agile tools such as user stories, acceptance criteria and expected outcomes to ensure all products are delivered successfully and on time.
  • Attend workshops were necessary.
  • Fully participate in all sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder prioritisation sessions.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing own workload.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships with industry experts and other key stakeholders, in order to seek opportunities for innovation.
